I contacted Irene after seeing some of her watercolour paintings displayed in the vineyards I visited in Niagara-on-the-Lake. I was interested in a vineyard painting as a 70th birthday gift to myself. Irene was immediately responsive and welcomed me into her home studio to select a framed print. I'm so happy with my choice. Irene even gave me the option to have thank you cards printed up with my watercolour printed on the front. During these times of COVID concerns, I have to say that I felt very safe in her studio. My husband and I recently visited the gallery in Irene's lovely home. We learned about Irene's work on Trip Advisor and viewed her watercolours on her website before our visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the gallery. There are so many beautiful paintings to admire. In addition to being a very talented artist, Irene is so very nice. We purchased two paintings that we love and they look great in our home. Irene's husband, Paul, helped us choose frames and he matted and framed our selections perfectly. Just visited Irene's gallery over the weekend. Her artwork is absolutely beautiful! We were looking for a larger size painting with vibrant and bold colors and that is exactly what we found. She is able to customize the size in addition to framing the artwork at very reasonable prices. Now the difficult choice is which one to buy!

Every year I take my mom to Irene’s to pick out a painting for her Christmas present. We continue to go back each year for the beautiful paintings and visiting the wonderful artist. We enjoyed visiting with the artist and her husband in their beautiful home on Lake Ontario. A phone call from our B&B (The Brass Bell) hostess set up an appointment for us on short notice and we were welcomed to view the artist's glorious watercolors there. Irene’s watercolour paintings are wonderful! Her home on Lake Ontario features originals and prints of her stunning flowers and her landscapes of Niagara Falls and Tuscany! We phoned ahead the day before of our pending arrival but that is not necessary. Recently while in Niagara-on-the-lake I visited Irene's home studio after I read some great reviews on Trip Advisor. I decided I wanted to see for myself whether her pieces were as vibrant and exciting as they appeared on her website. I printed off several different copies on my computer at home and taped them up on the walls to help me choose. The colours and quality were exactly as they appeared on the website! A visit to Irene’s gallery is a not-to-be-missed experience in NOTL. Her paintings and prints are breathtaking, filled with color and joy. The gallery in her home is is comfortable to move through with spectacular views of the lake. While there is absolutely no pressure to purchase prints or originals it is hard to walk away without something. She has cards and bookmarks of her gorgeous paintings. Best of all is Irene herself - a joy to talk with, humble, friendly, someone you’d love to have as a friend. What a beautiful place to visit. The artwork is distributed throughout this lovely home on the lake. You’ll find only warmth and friendship in Irene, the very talented artist, and her husband. This is NOT a hovering, high pressure sales environment; rather, it is a place where you’ll truly feel at home and come away feeling you’ve found new friends. Here you will find the most beautiful and friendly art gallery with Iren and her husband Paul. They are very welcoming and a visit is very good to restore our balance in life. Every year I take my mom for our annual Christmas tradition of going to Irene’s Home to pick out one of her many beautiful paintings as her Christmas gift from me.
